These are special SPEED BUILDING DICTATIONS, which will be given thrice a week on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

This is called the HALF HALF FULL method. If you are writing at any speed below 120 wpm then taking these 120 wpm dictations regularly will increase your shorthand speed.

How to write:
Play the video and write the first half of the dictation for 13 seconds, then pause and check your mistakes within 5-6 seconds. Rectify them mentally. Then play again and write the second half for another 13 seconds. Pause again for 5-6 seconds to check for mistakes and rectify mentally. Then play and write both halves together for 26 seconds. Repeat whole dictation until 0 mistake.
