Here's a longer soft-spoken intuition-building video for trig substitutions. We get a feel for the general idea and then start with 2 similar problems using a sine substitution. What am I even watching? ASMR itself is described as a tingly, static like feeling, often associated with relaxation. ASMR videos as a genre have helped many people with depression, anxiety, insomnia and simply the inability to relax, so I'm all about it!
