In this linear algebra tutorial I will explain how to solve or approximate a solution of a system of equations using the least square method. The tutorial will demonstrate geoemtrically how to tackle the least square method using the normal equation by deriving it and then we see how we can use the QR decomposition method to simplify this operation.
