The Cerulean City Police Force arrive at the local pool after hearing reports of Pokémon theives in the area. However, they can't figure out that the three people in town who are constantly trying to steal Pokémon are the ones trying to steal Pokémon. Luckily, two kids and their math teacher interefere with police business, and end up saving the day.

Oh yeah, those theives? They're not stealing them for their boss. They're keeping them for themselves so that they can open an aquarium, charge people for admission, and win over their boss with money. Also, Jessie forgets what Pokéballs are, and reprimands Mewoth for stealing a getaway boat "too small" for people and three Pokémon.

In an attmpt to cover their tracks, Team Rocket's list of Pokémon to steal doesn't name names. Instead, the list contains each Pokémon's respective weight and height, hidden within the form of algrebaic expressions. It, actually, almost seems like a smart plan...almost...how are *they* gonna know what Pokémon to steal? By doing math problems? Even then, how would they know if they only information they have is a Pokémon's weight and height. Even Misty points out how stupid this plan is...it doesn't get in her way, however, as she just so happens to know Goldeen's weight and height by heart.

Futhermore, they-wait, what? Misty? An-and Ash?? Yup, that's right, Ash and Misty reunite in this one! The Pokéshipper inside my couldn't be happier. For real, though, it's a nice to see these two together again
